The only AIRTIGHT all-in-one seal for boiler flues. FS5s are quicker, cheaper and cleaner than any other method of sealing a hole around a flue.

Perfect for like for like boiler swaps – no need to re-core – fits 127mm/5″ cored hole.

Complies with Part L Building Regulations.
